The AI

Leave KYC automatically

Make the AI stop asking a fan questions and switch to selling once it hits a message count or a time limit: where the two limits are, their defaults and maximums, what counts toward them, and what the AI keeps.

KYC is the phase where the AI learns about a fan, what the interface calls "What the AI learns about a fan, and how." A chatty fan can keep that phase going far too long, and every extra question is a message that does not sell. Leave KYC automatically sets two hard ceilings on that phase: as soon as one of them is reached, the AI stops asking about the fan and moves to the conversation that leads to a script. Whatever it already learned is kept.

Where to find it

Open the creator, click Settings, then Strategies. Scroll to the KYC card, the sixth phase. The Leave KYC automatically block sits inside that card, with the two limits and a Submit button under them.

What it does

The card states the rule plainly: "As soon as one of these limits is reached, the AI stops asking about the fan and moves on to the conversation that leads to a script, even if some details are still missing. What it learned is kept."

Read it as two ceilings with an OR between them. The AI does not wait for both. It leaves the KYC phase at the first limit it reaches, then starts walking the fan toward a script. Nothing it has already noted about the fan is thrown away.

Max messages

The first limit. Default 100 messages, and it can be raised up to 400. The helper text reads: "Messages exchanged since the fan's first message, from both sides. History from before the AI took over isn't counted."

Two things matter here. Both sides count, so a fan who writes a lot burns through the limit faster. And only messages since the AI took the conversation over count, not the backlog from before.

Set it lower (around 40 to 60) on fast, high-volume traffic where fans decide quickly, and higher on slow-burn audiences where trust takes longer to build.

Max duration

The second limit. Default 6 h, and it can be raised up to 24 h. The helper text reads: "Counted from the fan's first message, not from a welcome message or an opener."

The clock starts at the fan's first real message, not at an automatic welcome. A welcome message that sits unanswered does not eat into the window.

Whichever comes first

LimitDefaultMaximumCounts
Max messages100400Messages since the fan's first message, both sides
Max duration6 h24 hTime since the fan's first message

Both are ceilings, not targets. The AI leaves KYC the moment either one is hit, so the one that trips first on a given fan is the one that ends the phase.

Default vs Custom

Like every strategy phase, the KYC card has a Default and a Custom control. Default keeps the tuned KYC behavior. Custom replaces it entirely with your own instructions, with the same warning and confirm step as the other phases, covered in Custom strategies. The two limits above govern when the AI leaves the phase, whichever behavior you pick inside it.
