Script order

Choose which scripts a fan receives first: the Script order dialog, ranks #1, #2, #3, what happens after the last rank, and how fans who already received scripts are placed.

By default the AI picks which script to send to a fan, among the active ones it has not used with him yet. Script order lets you decide the first ones yourself: rank #1 is the first script every fan receives, #2 the second, and so on. After the last rank, the AI picks among the other scripts again. Use it to make sure every new fan starts with your best opener, then your best seller, before the AI improvises.

Where to find it

Open the creator, click Scripts, then the Script order button in the toolbar. The Order column of the scripts table shows the rank of each ranked script.

No ranked script yet: every script is picked by the AI. Add as #1 moves a script into the ordered list.

The dialog explains the rule: "By default, the AI picks which script to send. Rank scripts to choose a fan's first scripts yourself: #1 is the 1st script every fan receives, #2 their 2nd, and so on. After the last rank, the AI picks among the other scripts again."

Rank scripts

  1. Add the first oneIn Picked by the AI, find the script (the filter helps with long lists) and click Add as #1. It moves to Sent in this order.
  2. Add the next onesThe button now reads Add as #2, then Add as #3: each script joins the end of the ordered list. In Sent in this order, each ranked script has Move up, Move down, a drag handle ("Drag to reorder") and Remove from the order; Clear order empties the list.
  3. SaveClick Save order. The Order column of the table shows the ranks.

A script removed from the order goes back to Picked by the AI. The counts next to the two headings update as you move scripts.

How fans are placed

  • Fans who already received scripts are not sent back to #1. "Scripts a fan already received outside this order count as their first ones: after 2 of them, the fan starts at #3."
  • A rank a fan cannot get is skipped: a script that is inactive, or one he already received. He moves on to the next rank.
  • After the last rank, the AI picks the next script the way it always did, among the active scripts it has not used with him.
  • A ranked script still follows the usual rules: it has to be active, it goes out when the AI's launch conditions are met, and it is burned for the fan once sent, see Burned scripts.

What to rank

  • #1: your opener. The soft, cheap script that gets a first unlock, the one you want every new fan to receive first.
  • #2: your best seller. The script with the best conversion on the Overview tab, see Activate and monitor.
  • Stop at two or three. A long fixed order makes every fan live the same month; let the AI pick from the rest, it adapts to the conversation.
