Operators ask two questions before they connect a creator: is this allowed on Telegram, and is this allowed on OnlyFans. The honest answer is different for each platform, and it is made of the platforms' own words, quoted below with the date we read them. OnlyChat does not add any assurance on top of them.

Telegram

Bots are an official Telegram feature. OnlyChat runs as a Telegram bot created through BotFather, connected to the creator's account through Telegram Business, and fans pay with Telegram Stars, the currency Telegram sells to its users. Every piece of this is documented by Telegram itself and nothing is hidden from the platform. See Telegram overview.

OnlyFans

OnlyFans publishes several documents. What each one says about AI in messages, as of September 13, 2026:

  • Terms of Use (Last updated August 2024): nothing about AI chat or automated messaging. AI appears only in the rule that AI-generated content must be captioned "#ai", and in OnlyFans' own use of AI tools for moderation.
  • Acceptable Use Policy (Last updated September 2025): nothing about AI chat, bots or automation. The clause on copying content reads: "Copying content including scraping, downloading, sharing, or gathering information from OnlyFans or any Creator for any reason."
  • Standard Contract between Fan and Creator (Last updated August 2024): nothing.
  • Community Guidelines, which OnlyFans defines as part of its Terms of Service and publishes as questions and answers in its help center. The answer titled "Can I use an AI chatbot on OnlyFans?" reads, in full: "OnlyFans does not offer an internal AI chatbot tool for Creators. OnlyFans does not have a public facing API and Creators may not directly integrate AI chat bots into the OnlyFans platform." An earlier version of the same answer, still reproduced by third parties in early 2026, read: "No. You cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages on OnlyFans."

The sentence "You cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages", quoted by Reuters in July 2024 and repeated across the industry as coming from the terms of service, never appeared in the Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy or the contract in any archived version from 2022 to 2026. It came from the Community Guidelines answer above, which no longer says it. The full investigation, with every archive link, is published on only-chat.ai.

What OnlyChat does and does not claim

  • On OnlyFans, the AI replies through the session the creator opens herself in her own browser, one conversation at a time, within OnlyFans' messaging limits. It never posts, never changes the profile and never touches account settings. OnlyFans does not define "directly integrate", and OnlyChat does not claim that this way of working is compliant with the Community Guidelines answer quoted above.
  • OnlyChat cannot guarantee that an account will never be restricted. The creator accepts OnlyFans' terms and remains responsible for her account.
  • These documents change without notice. We check the four OnlyFans documents above every week and update this page and the investigation when a text changes.
