Premium is the second tier of the OnlyFans license. A Basic license runs the AI on a creator (scripts, settings, schedules, fan lists, media). A Premium license adds three tabs to that creator's workspace, Nudges, Welcome Messages and Telegram Notifications, plus fan Notes and Tags in the Fans tab. Premium costs $70 per month per creator instead of $20, with the same 10% commission on what the AI sells. It exists for creators where the extra revenue from re-engaging fans who come back online, greeting new subscribers automatically, and getting alerted in real time is worth more than $50 a month.
Where to find it
The Premium features live at the end of the tab row of an OnlyFans creator's workspace. The tabs are always visible when you have the matching permission; what changes with the license is what they show.

On the Creators board, a creator with a Premium license shows a Premium badge under the name. The Account page shows the same information in the OnlyFans Licenses card (column Type, Basic or Premium) and in the Basic / Premium stock line for licenses that are not assigned yet.

What each Premium feature does
| Feature | Where | What it changes in a fan conversation | Article |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nudges | Nudges tab | When a fan comes back online on OnlyFans, the AI sends a short re-engagement message after a delay, within a daily cap and a cooldown. The fan feels noticed the moment they open the app. | Nudges |
| Welcome Messages | Welcome Messages tab | New subscribers receive a sequence of messages (text, media, or both) with delays you set. A Personalized variant uses the fan's first name when one is detected. | Welcome messages |
| Fan notes | Fans tab, Note button | Shows and lets you edit the AI's condensed memory of each fan ("Personal Info"). The AI remembers every fan on every license; Premium makes that memory visible and editable. | Fan notes and tags |
| Tags | Fans tab, Tags button and Filter by tags | Coloured labels you put on fans to sort and filter the list. The AI does not read them. | Fan notes and tags |
| Telegram Notifications | Telegram Notifications tab | Alerts in your Telegram group for sales, AI switched off automatically, no script left, and fan messages that contain keywords you choose. | Telegram alerts |
Everything else (Overview, Fans list and per-fan AI switch, Fan Lists, Medias, Scripts, Schedules, Settings) is identical between Basic and Premium.
The locked card
Open Nudges, Welcome Messages or Telegram Notifications on a creator that holds a Basic license and the tab shows one card instead of the feature:
Premium Feature Locked Nudges is only available with a Premium license. Upgrade this creator's license to unlock this feature.
The card carries one button, Upgrade to Premium. The feature name in the sentence changes with the tab you opened. In the Fans tab, the Premium elements (Filter by tags, Note, Tags) are simply not usable on a Basic creator.
The guided tour on this card sums it up: "Nudges, welcome messages, fan tags and Telegram alerts come with Premium. Upgrading applies to this creator's current license."
Upgrade License to Premium
The upgrade happens in place: you do not buy a new license and reassign it. Upgrade to Premium opens the modal Upgrade License to Premium with the subtitle "Upgrade this license from Basic to Premium for the remaining duration."
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Remaining days: N days | Days left on the creator's current Basic license. The upgrade covers exactly this period. The expiry date does not move. |
| Pro-rata cost: $ | What is taken from your balance now. It is the Basic-to-Premium difference spread over the remaining days, so upgrading a license that expires in three days costs a few dollars, a license with half a month left costs about $25, and a fresh one costs close to $50. You never pay the Basic month twice. |
| Current balance: $ | Your organization balance before the upgrade. |
| Confirm Upgrade | Pays the pro-rata cost from the balance and switches the license to Premium immediately. |
Success shows the toast "License upgraded to premium successfully." and the three tabs unlock on the spot. Failure shows "Failed to upgrade license."
Two blocking states exist:
- Insufficient balance. Please add funds to your account. The pro-rata cost is higher than your balance. Recharge first, see Balance and licenses.
- Permission Required: "You don't have permission to view the organization balance. Upgrading licenses requires balance visibility." Your member account lacks the View balance permission. Ask the organization owner or an admin to upgrade, or to grant that permission, see Members and roles.
- Open a Premium tab on the creatorFrom the Creators board, open the workspace and click Nudges, Welcome Messages or Telegram Notifications. On a Basic creator the "Premium Feature Locked" card appears.
- Click Upgrade to PremiumRead the three lines: remaining days, pro-rata cost, current balance.
- Confirm UpgradeThe toast confirms the upgrade. The tabs render their content immediately, no reload needed.
- Configure the featuresNudges and Welcome Messages start empty or disabled: nothing is sent to fans until you turn them on. Telegram Notifications needs the organization-level bot connection first, see the Integrations tab.
What happens at renewal
The Renew switch on the creator card buys "this license again from your balance when it expires". After an upgrade the license is a Premium license, so the renewal is a Premium renewal at $70. If you want to go back to Basic at the next cycle, turn Renew off before the expiry date, then assign a Basic license from your stock when the current one ends. Fans do not notice either change: the AI keeps replying from the creator's account as long as a license is active and the AI switch is on.
Good to know
- Buying Premium directly: in Account, Buy Licenses, choose OnlyFans then Premium ("Premium - $70/month per creator"). Premium licenses sit in your stock until you assign them, see Buy and assign licenses.
- Assigning: the Assign License modal on a creator card lists "Basic (N available)" and "Premium (N available)" separately.
- Telegram Notifications needs two things: a Premium OnlyFans license on the creator, and the organization bot connected in Account, Integrations. The Connect Telegram Bot modal refuses to open without "at least one active Premium OnlyFans license or one Telegram license".
- Permissions: the tabs are hidden for members without View Nudges tab or View Telegram Notifications tab. Notes need View fan notes and Edit fan notes.
- Commission does not change: 10% of AI net revenue on both tiers, see Plans and commission.
