OnlyChat is priced per creator and per month, plus a commission on what the AI sells. Nothing else: no seat price for team members, no fee on sales you close by hand on a fan whose AI has been off for more than 30 minutes, no fee on subscriptions. A license is the monthly part; the commission is charged sale by sale from your balance. This page gives the figures as they appear in the interface and explains how the commission is computed.

The Purchase Licenses modal shows the same figures: "Basic - $20/month per creator", "Premium - $70/month per creator", and "Telegram $20/month".
A license covers one creator for one month from the day it is assigned. The expiry date is on the creator card ("License until Oct 11, 2026"), on the creator's Overview tab, and in the license tables of the Account page. Why 15% on Telegram and 10% on OnlyFans
Telegram brings a volume of conversations that OnlyFans never reaches: anyone can write to the creator for free, so the unlock ratio is lower and the number of messages the AI handles is far higher. The 15% pays for absorbing that volume and keeps the model sustainable. It is charged on sales the AI closes: in OnlyChat, paid Stars content is sent by the AI through script steps, there is no manual PPV composer on Telegram.
Telegram bulk packs
In the Purchase Licenses modal, the Telegram offer block offers two paths: Single license ("$20/month, Choose your own quantity") or Bulk packs. A pack shows the number of licenses, a discount badge ("-X%"), the pack price next to the struck regular price, and the price per license per month. The summary reads "Pack of N Telegram licenses" and "You save $N compared to the regular price." The pack sizes and discount rates are set on the server and displayed in the modal; they are not fixed in this article.
Where the rates appear
Open Account, Balance & Licenses. Each license card carries a Commission rate line: 10% on the OnlyFans card, 15% on the Telegram card. The Telegram card also shows Price per license $20.
What the commission applies to
The commission is charged only on sales closed by the AI. The rule, in practice:
- A fan unlocks a paid media the AI sent inside a script: commission.
- A fan buys after a nudge or a welcome message led to a conversation the AI ran: commission, it is an AI sale.
- A team member takes over a fan the AI was not handling (AI switched off for that fan for more than 30 minutes, or fan in an Excluded list) and closes a sale from OnlyFans: no commission. The Overview tab separates the two: "Revenue (7d), All sales, AI and manual" against "AI revenue, Closed with no human touch".
- Anti-fraud rule (OnlyFans). A sale made while the AI is chatting with the fan is an AI sale even if a human sent the PPV: the AI did the warm-up, the conversation and the qualification, not just the click. The same goes for the 30 minutes after you switch the AI off on a fan: sales in that window are still commissioned. The rule exists because some agencies used the tool for KYC only, then collected the sales by hand. You are free to work that way, but the commission applies. On Telegram there is no such window: paid content only goes out through the AI, a human cannot send a Stars PPV by hand, so every Stars sale is an AI sale.
- Subscriptions, tips outside a conversation, and anything sold on other tools: no commission.
The Dashboard shows the same split at organization level with Total Revenue ("AI + Manual") and AI Revenue ("generated exclusively by AI automation"). The commission base is the AI Revenue figure, net, plus the manual sales caught by the anti-fraud rule above (they show under Total Revenue, not AI Revenue).
What "AI net revenue" means
Net means after the platform's own cut, before OnlyChat's commission.
- OnlyFans: OnlyFans keeps 20% of every sale. The Dashboard filter Net Revenue / Gross Revenue explains it as "Net subtracts the OnlyFans cut (after OF's 20% commission)". A $10 unlock is $8 net; OnlyChat's 10% is $0.80.
- Telegram: fans pay in Telegram Stars. The interface shows every Stars figure with a dollar conversion ("≈ $x") and the Dashboard converts "Telegram Stars and Dropp payments to USD". The 15% is computed on that converted value. The transaction history shows one row per sale, "Telegram sale commission (saleId=…)", with the exact amount charged.
When the commission is charged
At the sale, from the balance. It is not invoiced at month end. This is why the balance must stay positive on a creator that sells: a good day on a busy Telegram creator is a long list of small debits, and a balance left at $5 goes negative during the night. Worked example
An agency runs three creators for a month: two on OnlyFans (one Basic, one Premium) and one on Telegram.

Manual sales by the team on top of that, on fans whose AI has been off for more than 30 minutes: $0 of commission. A member added to the organization: $0.
Good to know
- Renewals are charged at the same price. With the Renew switch on, the license is bought again from the balance on its expiry date; with it off, "the creator goes offline on the expiry date."
- Upgrading Basic to Premium mid-month is pro-rata: the difference for the remaining days only, see What Premium adds.
- Playground credits are separate: $3 for 100 message credits, charged from the balance, see Playground.
- Affiliate Portal: the button at the top of the Account page opens the affiliate programme on an external site, in a new tab. It is separate from the balance and the licenses described here.
- MYM is listed as "Soon" on the Creators board; there is no MYM license yet.
