Learn how to set up Telegram alerts for real-time notifications.

Telegram alerts allow you to receive real-time notifications about fan interactions, AI activity, and more. With Telegram alerts, you can:

  • Stay updated on fan replies and engagement.
  • Monitor AI activity and performance.
  • Receive alerts for important events or milestones.

🛠️ How to Set Up Telegram Alerts

Step 1: Configure Your Telegram Username

  1. Navigate to the Account Page.
  2. Enter your Telegram username (e.g., @yourname) in the Telegram Notifications section.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Connect Telegram Bot to open a popup with setup instructions.

Step 2: Follow the Popup Instructions

  1. Create a dedicated Telegram group for notifications.
  2. Enable topics in the group settings:
    • Go to Manage Group → Topics → Enable Topics → Save.
  3. Add the bot @onlychatai_notif_bot to your group with the required admin permissions.
  4. Follow the bot’s instructions on Telegram, including running the /setup_topics command to initialize topics in the group.

💡 Tip: Ensure your Telegram username matches the one saved in your account settings for verification.

Step 3: Configure Notification Toggles

  1. Navigate to the Telegram Notifications Tab.
  2. Enable or disable specific alerts:
    • Sales: Receive notifications when sales are made.
    • AI Disabled: Get notified when AI is automatically disabled.
    • No Script Left: Receive alerts when scripts run out.
    • Low/Negative Balance: Get notified when your balance drops below a set threshold.

Step 4: Set Up Custom Alerts

  1. Enable Custom Alerts to activate keyword-based notifications.
  2. Add keywords to get notified when a fan’s message contains specific terms.
    • Example keywords: call, custom.
