Schedules

Configure automatic AI activation schedules for your creator.

The Schedules feature allows you to automate the activation and deactivation of the AI assistant based on predefined time slots. This ensures the AI is active only during the times you specify, giving you full control over its availability.


How to Add a Timeslot

To configure a schedule:

  1. Navigate to the Schedules tab.
  2. Click the Add Timeslot button.
  3. Select a Day of the Week.
  4. Specify the Start Time and End Time (in UTC).
  5. Click Create to save the timeslot.

Once saved, the AI will automatically activate and deactivate according to the defined schedule.


Enabling or Disabling Automation

You can toggle the Schedule Automation feature to enable or disable automatic AI activation globally for the creator:

  • Enabled: The AI follows the predefined schedules.
  • Disabled: You can manually activate or deactivate the AI as needed.

💡 Tip: Use manual mode for special events or temporary adjustments.


Example: Configuring Schedules

Imagine you want the AI to be active during business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

To set this up:

  1. Add timeslots for each day with the respective start and end times.
  2. Ensure Schedule Automation is enabled.

The AI will now activate automatically during these hours.


🧠 Note: If no schedule is defined, the AI will not activate or deactivate automatically. You will need to manage its activation manually.

⚠️ Important: All times are configured in UTC. Ensure you convert your local time to UTC when setting schedules to avoid discrepancies.
