Fan Notes & Tags
Learn how to use interactive fan notes and tags in the Fans tab.
Fan notes and tags are powerful tools to manage and personalize fan interactions directly within the Fans tab.
📝 Fan Notes
Fan notes contain information collected by the bot about a specific fan, such as:
- Details from KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Summaries of past conversations.
✏️ How to Access and Edit Fan Notes
- Navigate to the Fans Tab.
- Click the Note button next to a fan’s name.
- Review the notes displayed.
- Modify the notes if necessary and save your changes.
💡 Tip: Use fan notes to keep track of important details like preferences, past purchases, or conversation highlights.
🏷️ Tags
Tags allow you to categorize fans based on behavior, preferences, or engagement levels.
➕ How to Add Tags
- Navigate to the Fans Tab.
- Click the Tags button next to a fan’s name.
- In the popup:
- Assign existing tags to the fan.
- Create new tags with a name and color.
- Save your changes.
🔍 How to Filter Fans by Tags
- Click the Filter by Tags button at the top of the Fans tab.
- Select one or more tags to filter the fan list.
🧠 Example Tags: "VIP", "High Spender", "Frequent DM", "Inactive".
🌟 Note: Fan notes and tags are exclusive to premium licenses and are designed to enhance fan management and engagement.
